Delivery and Installation

Important: If our team carries items past your front door threshold and into your home, this is done at your own risk.

Before your Delivery: Quick Prep List

  • Floor protection: Please lay down suitable coverings to protect carpets and hard floors. For health & safety reasons, our team cannot remove shoes or clothing.
  • Fragile items: Clear the route of anything that could be knocked or broken. A tidy pathway helps us deliver safely and efficiently.
  • Access inside your property: Measure doors, hallways, tight turns, low ceilings, and dog-leg staircases to ensure your item fits. Confirm there’s nearby access for our van. For apartment buildings, let us know if there’s a lift we can use. Our drivers are insured to carry goods by stairs up to the first three floors only (subject to the item fitting). If delivery to the requested room isn’t possible, we can leave the item at a convenient location or return it to our warehouse (failed-delivery and restocking charges may apply). If our team believes proceeding would risk damage to your home or personal injury, they may refuse.
  • Narrow Access & Customer Declaration: Our crews work hard to make deliveries smooth, but very tight access can occasionally result in minor scuffs. In such cases, you may be asked to sign a declaration acknowledging this risk before we proceed. If you prefer not to sign, we’ll deliver to your front door only.

Parking

If parking is restricted near your address, please tell us in advance. Where permits are needed, you’ll need to arrange them. Any issues that prevent delivery or lead to a parking ticket may be charged to you.

Changes & Failed Deliveries

Delivery routes and vehicle space are scheduled in advance. To cancel or reschedule without extra fees, provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Failed deliveries can incur charges.

Multiple Orders & Split Shipments

If you place several orders or buy from different brands, your items may arrive on different days and/or with different couriers. There’s no extra charge for split shipments, and it helps get items to you sooner.

Direct-from-Supplier Items

Some products ship directly from our manufacturing or supplier partners, so you might see a different courier than expected.

Holding Your Order

If your order is ready but your home isn’t, we can store items free of charge for up to 2 weeks. After that, storage is £75 per cubic metre per week. (Clearance, ex-display, or sale items must be delivered or collected within 2 weeks of purchase and cannot be held longer.)

Delivery Options

  • Standard: To your front door (subject to access).
  • White Glove: To your room of choice (subject to access), packaging removed, and full assembly (electrical items excluded).
  • Post: For small, non-breakable items (e.g., bedding items).
  • Courier: For small, non-fragile items.
  • Delivery cost: Add your address at checkout to see options and pricing, or use the postcode calculator in your cart.

Delivery Timing

Deliveries to London and nearby areas generally take place Monday–Friday, 8 am–4 pm (times may vary elsewhere).

Our own drivers handle London/local deliveries; orders further afield travel on consolidated furniture vehicles to keep costs competitive.

When your order is ready, we’ll contact you with a delivery date. The day before, you’ll receive a 2–4 hour time window. If you can’t be in, we can move you to the next available date for your area. Specific date selection isn’t available. If you’re busy, a neighbour or friend can accept delivery and sign on your behalf. Please ask them to inspect the goods before signing.
